DOCUMENTS FOR TRANSFER STUDENTS - Copy of passport, F-1 Student Visa and Form I-94 - Current Form I-20 - Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript - Financial statements showing: - $21,000 for 1-year Form I-20* - $12,500 for 6-month Form I-20* - $6,400 for 3-month Form I-20* - Completed transfer request form (CWC will provide) *The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months. *For dependents, must show an additional $3,000.00 per dependent. DOCUMENTS FOR CHANGE OF STATUS STUDENTS - Copy of passport and Form I-94 - Copy of high school or university diploma or transcript - Financial statements showing: - $21,000 for 1-year Form I-20* - $12,500 for 6-month Form I-20* *The financial statements must be dated within the last 3 months. *For dependents, must show an additional $3,000.00 per dependent.
